Graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh School of Business in Supply Chain and Operations Management. He has over 16 years of experience in operations, production, procurement, scheduling, sales and supply chain management within varying industries. Experienced in implementing lean and continuous improvement initiatives, leading sales and operation teams to exceed their goals. Ryan is a results driven leader with a rich history of leading teams with superior results and the ability to identify needs, custom tailor products, and provide cost effective solutions to customers. Ryan is Lean Belt Six Sigma Certified as well as having the following certifications: Six-Sigma Yellow Lean Belt, Six-Sigma Orange Kaizen Facilitator Belt, and Six-Sigma Blue Project Management Belt.

Ryan enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family and friends, and his new TWINS with his Fiancé. Ryan is also an avid car and boating enthusiast, so when he’s not working his time is spent with his family on the lakes, attending car shows, attending track days at Road America, and working on his own cars.

Kelly graduated from Rasmussen College in Business Administration and has extensive client service experience, along with a solid sales background.

Kelly is highly capable of engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements and being able to custom tailer solutions that best fit the customers needs. 

Overall, Kelly is a dedicated, reliable, and personable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers outstanding results.

When Kelly isn't working she enjoys working out and staying fit, spoiling her dog Waldo and cat Kitty, spending time with family and friends, traveling to Florida, and motorcycling with her husband Chad.

Tracy is a results-driven, analytical, and strategic professional with over 30 years of successful experience focusing on high-profile enterprise clients in the IT industry. 

A strong leader with the ability to manage large scale projects, and a consistent record of exceeding goals and driving significant growth. She has a consistent record of exceeding sales plans with annual sales of $45M - $80M. She is a highly motivated, well-organized individual with a proven track record in vendor and client relationship development, skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.

Tracy graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  Tracy thrives in fast-paced environments and is dedicated to delivering solutions that best fit the customers’ needs and consistently delivers outstanding results.

In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending as much time as she can outdoors photographing her adventures.  She also spends time on her boat enjoying whale and dolphin photography.
